Shipping & Returns

Delivery

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours Monday – Friday.
Please allow up to 4 working days for delivery.
Due to the custom nature of many of our products we can not guarantee Next day delivery.
Orders received after 12pm are unlikely to be received next day.

Order Tracking

Wherever possible we will supply you a tracking number(s) via email.

Postage Rates

We offer FREE Delivery throughout UK mainland, excluding Scottish Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland.

Back Orders

If an item is unavailable at the time of purchase, we will notify you via email ASAP and place it on back order.

We will ship the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Multiple Items

Multiple item orders from Vanlocks.co.uk may be sent from different warehouses and it is in some circumstances possible you will receive multiple packages from different couriers.

This should be clearly stated on the emails & packing slips provided, we will also where possible provide multiple tracking numbers if available to us.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely case of faulty and/or damaged goods or any other case where Vanlocks.co.uk are at fault. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of goods to arrange the return and replacement free of charge.

In all other cases the following terms apply:
Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt of goods. However due to the customised/made-to-order nature of some of our products, the following exceptions apply:

  • Additional/Replacement Keys
  • Keyed Alike Deadlock Kits
  • Keyed Alike Slamlock Kits
  • SlamPlate Handles Kits

Vanlocks.co.uk at their sole discretion may accept returned goods outside of the above terms, but reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of up to 25%, postage fees are non-refundable.

It is the customers sole responsibility to pay all additional postage costs, and ensure that the goods are returned in a resell-able condition.
We recommend using an insured service such as royal mails special delivery for all items over £40 and the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
