Available in brushed stainless steel or black powder coated stainless steel. 

As van security upgrades such as deadlocks, high-security locks and loom guards become more common, attacks are increasingly targeting load doors. A hole-through-the-door attack can expose or damage the latch area, potentially allowing unauthorised access.

This external repair and security shield provides a practical, cost-effective way to cover existing damage around the latch area while adding protection against similar attacks in the future.

Made from high-corrosion-resistant stainless steel, it is designed to follow the contours of the vehicle for a neat, durable finish. The shield includes the fittings and gasket required for installation, along with clear step-by-step fitting instructions.

Many vans have a factory-fitted internal latch shield, but this may not fully protect against hole-through-the-door attacks. For improved protection, fitting an internal shield alongside this external shield is recommended.
